If you are a carer for someone, a relative or friend, please identify yourself as one to reception or any clinician so that we can record this in your notes. You will be entitled to a free flu vaccination annually and a healthcheck if you wished to have one.

We also support carers in other ways - we hold a monthly clinic on-site with the Princess Royal Trust for Carers, providing additional support including counselling and financial help. You can make an appointment via reception to see one of their representatives, and many carers have found them to be a valuable source of support in their role. You can view more information about them and their work here - Princess-royal-trust-carers-hampshire

Hospital Transport

If you require help to get to a hospital appointment, then there is transport available. The criteria is strict however, and you must not be able to attend your appointments in any other way such as using a bus service. Please ask at reception for more information, or check the criteria at https://www.surreyinformationpoint.org.uk/Services/670/Patient-Transport-Bo
