Your nearest service is at the Harlington Centre in Fleet. Please ask the Health Visiting team about days and timings of these. The team can be contacted on 01252-813842. They are based at Fleet Community Hospital.
A vaccination clinic is held every Tuesday morning between 11am -12pm. You need to make an appointment via reception for this. Please speak to the nurse if you are unable to attend during this time.
Extended Access -8-8 working across Fleet locality
Three of the Fleet practices have joined forces to offer extended access to GPs and Nurses until 8pm every weekday evening, and Saturday mornings. You may be offered an appointment at a neighbouring practice, or here in Crondall, as part of the extended surgery openings. With your agreement, they will also be able to access your existing patient notes via the computer system. Currently this service is shared between ourselves, doing a late night on Tuesdays, and Branksomewood Road Surgery, Fleet Medical Centre and Richmond Surgery on the other evenings and Saturday morning, so you will have to be able to travel to one of those locations to be seen if needed.
Sunday GP clinics - Run out of Frimley Park Hospital, seeing patients for routine (i.e.non-urgent) matters. We can book you in directly if Sunday appointments are convenient for you and you can travel to Outpatients at Frimley Park. There is good availability for these appointments.
The nurses run specific clinics for Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Travel, Hypertension/Heart Disease, INR testing and Warfarin Control, Weight Management, Smoking cessation and Family Planning.
Orthopaedic Specialists in the Practice
We are delighted to have a member of Premier Physio Group, employed through the Fleet Network, specifically seeing patients with Orthopaedic issues. Please tell the receptionist if you have an orthopaedic (bone or muscular) problem, and they will book you in directly so your treatment can begin straight away. This is not a physiotherapist but they can refer you on to physio, outpatients, or for an x-ray or injection if needed.
Fleet Paramedic Service
The Fleet practices now share a home visiting service, with two paramedics able to attend house calls, with the idea being that they can get to you much quicker than one of our GPs can. Your doctor will assess a house call request and if deemed appropriate, they will ask the paramedic to attend. They work collaboratively with the team here and report back after each visit. Feedback so far is excellent.
